20+ booked meetings every month.
Goal at the start: 10 positive responses a month. Client since 2024.

The challenge
Boardroom Advisors came to us in 2024 with a clear target: 10 positive responses a month from the business owners and boards who need part-time senior leadership. Most cold email in their space is spray and pray: big lists, generic copy and very few real conversations.
Who we targeted
Owners, founders and boards of established SMEs and scale-ups: companies big enough to need senior leadership, not yet ready for a full-time C-suite hire.
What we built
We built a research-led, signal-based system instead. Rather than blasting a list, we look for companies showing that they need what Boardroom Advisors offers, research the decision maker, and reach them with a message about their situation. Outreach runs from dedicated, warmed infrastructure so it lands in the inbox.
- Signal firstLeadership changes, hiring for senior roles, growth and funding news: each one is a reason a company might need interim or fractional leadership right now.
- Research the personEvery decision maker is checked before they get an email, so the message speaks to their company, not a template.
- Volume without the spamSending is spread across dedicated domains and warmed inboxes, with open tracking off and every address verified, so a high daily volume still lands in the inbox.
- Replies handled fastInterested replies are answered quickly and moved to a booked call, so momentum isn't lost between reply and meeting.
The result
The original goal was 10 positive responses a month. For the last two years Boardroom Advisors has consistently received 20 or more booked meetings a month: not replies, meetings on the calendar. In one three-month stretch alone the system sent 313,500 emails at around 5,000 a day and produced 88 sales opportunities.
